Every one of your 354 monthly Google visits comes from your name, one building method, or solar

This review is about who your website brings in. We went through your search rankings, your site and your reviews. The main finding: all 354 monthly visits from Google come down to three things, your own name, your insulated concrete formwork page, and solar panels waterford. The 26 grant, insulation and heating searches you're built to answer, worth around 8,700 people a month, bring you nothing measurable. Two of your own pages share the exact same title and split whatever credit Google would otherwise give one of them. It's all detailed below, with what to do about each one.

"Insulated concrete formwork"
#1
In Ireland, 210 searches a month. Proof a page can rank when it's aimed.

01 The rankings

Three things carry all your traffic. Grants and insulation carry none

Your site ranks for 48 searches in Ireland. 69% of your traffic is your own name. Another 28% is a single construction term, insulated concrete formwork. 3% is solar panels waterford. That's 100% of your 354 monthly visits from three things. Here's where the grant and insulation searches, the services making up most of what you actually sell, sit instead.

The pattern is simple. Any search containing your name, or the words "insulated concrete formwork", finds you. Any search about a grant, an insulation type or a heating system, the actual services listed on your own homepage, doesn't, even when a page already exists to answer it.

02 The specifics

Four things holding the numbers down

Weak
Insulation and grant searches get no clicks, even close to page one
Insulation grants sits 18th for 480 searches a month, close to page two. Home insulation grants is 20th for 320. Neither produces a measurable visit yet, because a ranking that far down still loses almost every click to the ten results sitting above it.
Duplicate
Two pages share the identical title "Individual Grants - Encon"
/individual-grants/ and /individual-grants-2/ are both live and both carry the exact same page title. Only /individual-grants-2/ is linked from your own menu. The other is an orphan page Google still indexes, splitting credit for searches that could go to one page instead.
Weak
The page's main heading is a sentence about your approach, not your service
The one heading tag on your homepage reads "The ENCON approach is customer-oriented, transparent, and stress-free." Google treats that single line as the page's main heading. It says nothing about Waterford, energy upgrades or grants, the words homeowners actually search.
Hidden
4.7 stars from 35 reviews appears nowhere on the site
Your Google Business listing shows a strong rating. Nothing on encon.ie states the number or the star rating anywhere, not on the homepage, not near a contact button.
Worth noticing

None of this is a design problem. The site already has real photos of your founders, real accreditations and a completed-projects track record on show. These are structure and content problems, and steady monthly work on the pages you already have fixes them, not a redesign.

03 Done for you

The fixes, already written out

Each fix below is ready to hand to whoever manages the site.

Fix 1 · New text for your Google listing
This is what people see when Encon comes up on Google today, next to what it should say. The current version doesn't say Waterford twice or mention a single one of your grant or insulation services.

What it should show

Grants, insulation, heat pumps and solar PV for Waterford homes. 4.7 stars from 35 Google reviews. We handle the SEAI grant paperwork for you.
Fix 2 · One page per search
For each search below, pick the page listed as the owner, and have the other page or section link to it instead of repeating the same content. This stops your own pages splitting the credit between them.
individual grants → owner: /individual-grants-2/, the one your own menu links to. Redirect the orphan page into it.
heat pumps ireland → owner: /heating-systems/, 76th today. Needs its own clear heat pump section, not shared equally with air to water and central heating.
air to water heating → owner: /heating-systems/, 30th to 44th today across two versions of the search. Same page, needs a section of its own.
Fix 3 · The remaining quick fixes
Small, fast, and all verified against the live site.
Redirect /individual-grants/ into /individual-grants-2/, right now Google sees two identical pages
Change the homepage's main heading to name Waterford and energy upgrades, it currently reads as a sentence about company philosophy
Add "4.7 stars, 35 Google reviews" near the contact button, it's true and currently invisible
04 The plan

Start at the top. The first two blocks are edits. The bottom block is the monthly work that moves the numbers.

05 What it adds up to

Run your own numbers on it

The 26 grant, insulation and heating searches this report covers add up to around 8,700 people a month typing these into Google. Right now, none of them send you a single measurable visit, while your name and one construction term already carry all 354 visits you do get. You know how many of those searches turn into a job for you, and what a job is worth. That's the sum worth doing on your side.

Why sooner beats later

None of the 26 searches above are new, homeowners already type them today. The two pages sharing the "Individual Grants" title are actively splitting whatever credit Google would otherwise give one page. Every month that split continues, the gap between page two and page one gets a little harder to close.
